Every person whether he/she is an Indonesian citizens or Foreigner who lives in Indonesia and also a company have the obligation to pay taxes. The authority to collect taxes in Indonesia is on Taxes Director General. According to KUP regulation, every person and company have the obligation to collect the yearly taxes report by end of March 2010 for personal taxes and by the end of April 2010 for company taxes. PT Infomedia Nusantara as a part of Telkom Group have the commitment in applying the principle of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which are Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency and Fairness or it callled with TARIF.  In the implementation of GCG especially in Responsibilty principle, Infomedia obeys all the rules including in taxes matter, industrial relations, health and secure working, environment protection, fulfilling the business ethics, etc. Infomedia cooperated with KPP BUMN of South Jakarta organize a taxes socialization and simulation of filling-up the yearly taxes report form on Tuesday/February 23, 2010 at Wisma P & K Jl Raya Fatmawati – South Jakarta as a part of taxes socialization and simulation of filling-up the yearly taxes report form 2009 program which is held all at once in national scale by the Taxes Director General of Indonesia Republic. This event was organize by Infomedia as the commitment of Infomedia in applying GCG principle and give a proof to the society as a company who obey the taxes obligation. The number of participants in Infomedia taxes socialization activity are about 500 employees which is formally open by Marihot BS Sibarani as the Finance Director. In his speech his saying the important to obey the taxes obligation according to the state regulation which start from the counting, filling up and end it with delivery of the yearly taxes report form.
